67th Infantry, Second National Color. The 67th began organizing in August 1861, but was not completely organized until March 1862. The regiment was composed of men from Carbon, Philadelphia, Pike, Wayne, Monroe, Indiana, Westmoreland, Clarion, Jefferson, Northampton, and Schuylkill counties. The second national color may possibly have been made in 1864, however whether or not this flag was ever carried by the regiment is unclear. The 67th mustered out of service on July 14, 1865.

They received their first state color on December 6, 1861 while in camp near Philadelphia. The regiment was composed of men from Carbon, Philadelphia, Pike, Wayne, Monroe, Indiana, Westmoreland, Clarion, Jefferson, Northampton, and Schuylkill counties. The first state color was captured on June 15, 1863, and the first national color was probably acquired to replace the loss. The regiment was mustered out of service on July 14, 1865.
